{"id":469,"date":"2022-12-22T10:05:12","date_gmt":"2022-12-22T10:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/disidenciadigital.com\/?p=469"},"modified":"2023-08-02T10:15:43","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T10:15:43","slug":"cuanto-sector-publico-es-soportable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/disidenciadigital.com\/en\/cuanto-sector-publico-es-soportable\/","title":{"rendered":"How much of the public sector can be supported?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size:21px\"><em><strong>El sector privado espa\u00f1ol es excesivamente peque\u00f1o con&nbsp;sueldos medios inferiores a los p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>History teaches how the ruin and disappearance of lands can be anticipated, regardless of them being countries or empires, in this order of causal importance: (i) reduced private activity (that of innovation and commerce);(ii) declining population. \n(iii) proportion of private producers versus net (dependent public and private) receivers. An ageing population comes before demographic decrease. For 13 years, Spain has witnessed an average of 14,500 fewer births than the year before, replaced intentionally with illegal immigrants. It has 10 million pensioners. Per capita income has remained the same for two decades but, in parallel, national debt has quadruplicated. Although the Spanish population has grown by 10 million since 1975, one in every four is a civil servant, Spain has twice as many politicians and advisors per per capita than Germany or the UK. The adult Spanish private sector is very small (20 million maintain its 48-million population, with much lower mean salaries than public wages), and is fiscally pursued (working half a year for the State) to finance both the non-producing public-administration sector and the manufacturing\/industrial fabric, which is decreasing due to a non-productive model that imports manufactured products that should be made in Spain by employing Spaniards, retrieving trades and reinforcing vocational training. Spanish commerce (the main source of innovation and prosperity) is efficient in tourism, hotel+catering and food with a few large brands, but the university model wastes Spanish talent for its politicisation and aversion to risk. University research distracts teachers towards producing perishables, tyrannised by quantities of products that are no use to any customer. Degree holders are far-removed from taking risks, untrained and intoxicated by anti-liberal socialism when they leave university. Three in every four seek a civil servant post rather than being entrepreneurial. Since 2004, communist\/separatist PSOE governments have ruined us by increasing public employment. The latest example is the invention of unnecessary state agencies outside Madrid that merely increase red tape and numbers of civil servants. The mass media ignore their false worth, but creating private firms, and not state agencies or agencies for space, artificial intelligence, etc., would be worthwhile. Private jobs and firms are necessary, not public bureaucratic agencies. Communist\/separatist governments are responsible for \u201cpoverty-ism\u201d and depending on the State to divide it in exchange for separatist support. University legions of \u201cunaware\u201d socialists do not realise that they do socialist politics by interiorising socialist dogmas as if they were truths: private profit is suspicious, private business is not worthwhile. Rectors without leadership obey the socialist guidelines of the Spanish Conference of University Rectors (CRUE), scientific and non-innovative politics with absurd \u201cstrategic\u201d plans, propaganda-type fantasies, because they do not compete for students, who are caught and subsidised up to 80%. Of the 1.2 million public Spanish university students, at least one third should have done vocational training.  Spanish youths do not work if they receive communist subsidies. Exams to access university are toxic, select nothing and create perverse trends in abandoned Secondary Education training led by communist\/separatist trade unions. Ruin is not only economical and educational. From the political point of view we suffer from tyrannical governments without separation of powers, and also without equality in the eyes of the law (gender laws, linguistic discrimination), and differences between separatist Basque and Catalan autonomous regions and the rest continue to widen. Governors, rectors and trade unions obstruct innovation (marketable research) and squander public spending because they depend on votes. Unnecessary jobs are not amortised by digitisation to keep toxic trade unions happy. Health management and primary health care are demented and treat the sick like they were objects, chaotic disorganisation, as if we pay no taxes, and are pillaged by Scandinavian taxes, but offered African primary healthcare, from birth to death. Politicised education that indoctrinates communism, excludes essential liberal ideas for entrepreneurship. No governor should spend more than that budgeted without impunity, which condemns future generations. Spending money that is not one\u2019s own without accounting for it is tyrannical. The indulgent dictatorship (until now) we suffer sustains votes from accomplices; being in the habit of embezzling public funds, placing us in debt by spending an average 4,100 million\/month that are not budgeted, continuously for the last 18 years. Now the totalitarian government cuts prison times for misappropriation to further protect itself; no-one protests on streets about democratic deterioration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(iii) Proporci\u00f3n de productores privados versus receptores netos (p\u00fablicos y privados dependientes).El envejecimiento poblacional antecede al descenso demogr\u00e1fico. Llevamos 13 a\u00f1os con un promedio de 14.500 nacimientos menos que el a\u00f1o anterior, sustituidos intencionadamente por inmigrantes ilegales. Tenemos 10 millones de jubilados. La renta per c\u00e1pita lleva dos d\u00e9cadas estancada, y simult\u00e1neamente la deuda p\u00fablica se ha cuadriplicado. Mientras la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola ha crecido 10 millones desde 1975, uno de cada cuatro es empleado p\u00fablico, tenemos el doble de pol\u00edticos y asesores per c\u00e1pita, que Alemania, o Reino Unido. El sector privado adulto espa\u00f1ol es excesivamente peque\u00f1o (20 millones mantienen a los 48 totales, con sueldos medios muy inferiores a los p\u00fablicos) perseguido fiscalmente (trabajan medio a\u00f1o para el Estado) financiando tanto sector p\u00fablico-administrativo improductivo; el tejido manufacturero\/industrial est\u00e1 menguado por un modelo improductivo importador de manufacturas que deber\u00edan producirse en Espa\u00f1a, empleando espa\u00f1oles, recuperando oficios, fortaleciendo la FP. El comercio espa\u00f1ol, principal fuente de innovaci\u00f3n y prosperidad, es eficiente en turismo, restauraci\u00f3n y alimentaci\u00f3n, con algunas grandes marcas, pero el modelo&nbsp;&nbsp;universitario desperdicia el talento espa\u00f1ol, por su politizaci\u00f3n y aversi\u00f3n al riesgo. La investigaci\u00f3n universitaria distrae al profesor en producci\u00f3n fungible, tiranizada por cantidades de productos que no sirven a ning\u00fan cliente. El titulado, ajeno al riesgo, desentrenado, intoxicado de socialismo anti-liberal, cuando sale de la universidad, 3 de cada 4 desean un empleo p\u00fablico en lugar de emprender. Los gobiernos comunistas\/separatistas del PSOE desde 2004 nos arruinan aumentando el empleo p\u00fablico. El \u00faltimo ejemplo, es el invento de agencias estatales innecesarias, fuera de Madrid, que aumentan la burocracia y el n\u00famero de funcionarios. Los medios ignoran su falsa conveniencia, lo que conviene es crear empresas privadas, no agencias estatales, ni la espacial, ni de inteligencia artificial, ni de nada. Hacen falta empleos privados, empresas, y no agencias p\u00fablicas burocr\u00e1ticas. Los gobiernos comunistas\/separatistas son los responsables del \u201cpobrismo\u201d y la dependencia del Estado, para romperlo, a cambio de apoyos separatistas. Legiones universitarias de socialistas \u201cinconscientes\u201d, sin saberlo, hacen la pol\u00edtica socialista interiorizando como verdades los dogmas socialistas: el beneficio privado es sospechoso, el negocio privado inconveniente. Rectores sin liderazgo, obedecen directrices socialistas del Consejo de Rectores CRUE, una pol\u00edtica cient\u00edfica anti-innovadora, con absurdos planes \u201cestrat\u00e9gicos\u201d, ensue\u00f1os propagand\u00edsticos, porque no compiten por el alumnado, cautivo y subvencionado al 80%. De los 1,2 millones de universitarios p\u00fablicos, al menos la tercera parte que no se emplea, deber\u00eda ir a FP.&nbsp;&nbsp;Los j\u00f3venes espa\u00f1oles no trabajan recibiendo subsidios comunistas. Las pruebas de acceso a la universidad son t\u00f3xicas, no seleccionan nada y crean tendencias perversas en una formaci\u00f3n de secundaria abandonada y dirigida por sindicatos comunistas\/separatistas. La ruina no es s\u00f3lo econ\u00f3mica y educativa, desde el punto de vista pol\u00edtico, padecemos gobiernos tir\u00e1nicos, sin separaci\u00f3n de poderes, sin igualdad ante la ley (leyes de g\u00e9nero y de discriminaci\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica), con continuo agrandamiento de las diferencias entre autonom\u00edas separatistas vasca y catalana y el resto. Entre gobernantes, rectores y sindicatos, obstruyen la innovaci\u00f3n (investigaci\u00f3n comercializable), derrochan gasto p\u00fablico por sus dependencias de los votos. No se amortizan empleos innecesarios por la digitalizaci\u00f3n, para contentar a sindicatos t\u00f3xicos. La gesti\u00f3n sanitaria y la atenci\u00f3n primaria es demencial, tratan al enfermo como un objeto, desorganizaci\u00f3n ca\u00f3tica, como si no pag\u00e1ramos impuestos, siendo saqueados de la cuna a la tumba, con impuestos escandinavos y atenci\u00f3n primaria africana. Educaci\u00f3n politizada, que adoctrina comunismo, excluye ideas liberales, esenciales para el emprendimiento. Ning\u00fan gobernante deber\u00eda gastar impunemente por encima del presupuesto, condenando a las generaciones pr\u00f3ximas. Gastar dinero ajeno sin rendir cuentas es de tiranos. La dictadura blanda (por ahora) que sufrimos la sostienen votantes c\u00f3mplices; malversa los fondos p\u00fablicos habitualmente, endeud\u00e1ndonos gastando un promedio de 4100 millones mensuales extra-presupuestados, sin interrupci\u00f3n, durante los \u00faltimos 18 a\u00f1os.
