We must prepare for the arrival of black swans, personally, socially and at work. We can always improve, no matter what<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

An event is called a black swan when it is extremely unlikely to occur and, if it happens, the paradigms in force are done away with and consequences tend to be lethal. This may happen to somebody, an organisation, a country or anyone. We all experience black swans when our parents die or when we become aware of death earlier. The capacity of coping with adversity may widely vary from one person to the next. Practicing sport, the habit of making the effort, help to experience failures and to rise up again, to handle frustration; the reading habit helps to gain knowledge of others and of oneself, to play down harm. Moral values, friendship, help to cope: we are the image of God with plenty of possibilities to overcome any adversity. How? The memory of lost loved one, or who has abandoned us, spiritually feeds us. Many people do not have the same defects that a former partner had, who has probably been forgiven. There is a remedy for everything, trust yourself, do good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partner violence cases occur because people who are badly educated sentimentally believe that a partner is their property, and they convert the event of a partner leaving into a false black swan by assuming the false hypothesis that their life is senseless. At school, teaching that leaving a partner is something natural because people change with time and love can end would help to cut more crimes than absurd laws. The legal asymmetry against males only makes the problem worse: the perpetrator is bad mannered, mentally ill and needs early education. Legal inequality increases the risk of violence because it increases the despair of unbalanced and abandoned people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, making current success banal may bring forward the decline of tomorrow: everything is relative, perishable. Facts are not the most important point, but our interpretation, our reality. Individuals, organisations and countries must have a sentry department to prevent risks, to be ready to minimise them. A company can become obsolete when a new technology emerges. So we need to be alert and reconvert in good time. This is why insurance exists and armies are necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Union (EU) was an excellent idea when it came about in 1950 to avoid wars between France and Germany. We have witnessed major achievements like a single currency, freedom of movement, the ERASMUS programme. However, sentries have completely failed due to leaders and bureaucracy\u2019s mediocrity. BREXIT has been a tragedy because the British contributed pragmatism and liberalism, and had the most powerful army in Europe. Defence, energy and migration\nsystems have failed; instead there are strategic plans about green energies, ecologisms, etc., while China, India and the USA do not want them, and South America and Africa cannot afford them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lack of concern about the possibility of war produces political sanctimoniousness, and replaces Utopian desires with realities. The catastrophic European energy system depends on Russia and underestimates nuclear energy. The corruption of former German rulers contracted by Russian firms drives us to ruin. The unconscious socialist EU invents CO2 emissions taxes, which reduces companies\u2019 competitiveness and makes citizens\u2019 lives worse. The migratory policy has filled the EU with no-go zones because the geographic concentration of immigrants has substituted the empire of law for impunity. Spanish security forces do not dare enter genuine drug trafficking areas and potential terrorist Trojan horses. The financing socialism of NGOs that cooperate with Mafias floods Spain with illegal immigration, which they will make legal so they can vote in local elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEB is responsible for the unacceptable debt of southern EU countries. The European project without efficient sentries is in danger. Lack of defensive UE autonomy means we depend on the USA with the war in Ukraine, whose strategy sees no end, and seems to benefit only North Americans with their arms and energy businesses while the UE becomes poorer, if it does not split up. New black swans will come, and we must always be watchful individually, corporately and nationally. Life without risks does not exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
